TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the following section, I am referred to as 'the artist' - you are referred to as 'the client'

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the clients order and enables work to be added to the artists list of work.

Acceptable reference material must be provided within 3 months of the deposit being paid or of the date the commission is listed for start/completion. The client will be advised of this at the time of paying the deposit. The artist reserves the right to increase prices or decline the commission [without deposit refund] if the above timescale is exceeded.

Portraits are quoted for per subject only - if a background is required please advise and this can be quoted separately.

Once work has been completed a copyright protected copy will be provided for your approval

The full balance becomes payable prior to dispatch

Delivery lead times will be advised at the deposit stage but are approximate unless a fixed date is agreed in advance.

SHIPPING:  UK Only
Prints
are shipped for a flat fee of £5 for up to 10 items
Over 10 items cost to be advised subject to weight, size and destination
Prints sent in a secured cardboard tube or flat packed reinforced package
Original Artwork
Post , packing & insurance is extra in all cases
Original artwork will be sent in protective packaging via Courier and fully insured
Cost will be advised depending on destination and value of product.
SHIPPING: Overseas
Post , packing & insurance is extra in all cases
Cost will be quoted separately and is subject to size, weight and final destination

Copyright of the artwork and any copies remains with artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artist reserves the right to use portraits for advertising and print production purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Portraits are supplied unframed. Framing can be provided at extra cost - quotation will be given once details are known

Disclaimer: It is assumed that all reference material, photos etc provided to the artist are owned by the client or that the client has obtained the necessary permission to allow them to be used
